In these perilous times, music lovers and fans of SiriusXM now have “High Hopes.”
On Wednesday, Bruce Springsteen will be a special guest on the satellite radio channel that he inspired. And the best part, it’s free to hear.
The Boss will share songs he’s been listening to while self isolating at home on SiriusXM’s E Street Radio Wednesday.
According to radio host Jim Rotolo, the 70-year-old rock legend will not be performing live from home, as many outlets erroneously reported.

“Bruce will be playing songs and sharing thoughts about the times we live in,” Rotolo tweeted Tuesday. “I want to clarify. Bruce is not performing. He’ll be playing songs he’s listening to while at home.”

Springsteen has been posting past concerts on YouTube and Apple Music during the coronavirus crisis.
The radio special, “From His Home to Yours,” will begin at 10 AM ET on his dedicated SiriusXM channel.
Last month, it was announced that all of the satellite radio network’s premium channels will be free to listen to through May 15.

Howard Stern, SiriusXM’s biggest star, revealed on his show the service is making the Premier Streaming plan available at no cost until May 15. It typically costs $13/month.

The 20-time Grammy Award winning “Born In The U.S.A.” artist recently took part a fundraising video for the New Jersey Pandemic Relief Fund along with Jon Stewart, Jon Bon Jovi and Whoopi Goldberg.
