Man stabbed dead on Brooklyn subway train, killer runs off
A man was stabbed to death on a Brooklyn subway train early Tuesday, police said.
The victim was knifed in the neck and back on a Jamaica Center-bound J train rumbling through Williamsburg on elevated tracks about 2:30 a.m.
The killer dashed off the train at the Lorimer St. stop and has not been caught.
The victim was rushed off the train at the next stop, Flushing Ave., and taken by EMTs to Woodhull Hospital, located right outside the station, where he died.
He wasn’t carrying ID and cops were still working to identify him while they searched for his killer.
