A teenager has been charged with stabbing a man to death in a Bronx home Saturday morning, police said.

The 17-year-old, whose name has not been released, knifed Lloyd Hill, 23, to death in Hill’s home on Chestnut St. near Barnes Ave. in Williamsbridge, cops said.

Police responding to a call of an assault in progress found the victim with multiple stab wounds to the torso just after 7:35 a.m.

Medics rushed Hill to Jacobi Hospital, but he couldn’t be saved.

The teen was charged with murder, manslaughter and criminal possession of a weapon Saturday evening.

Cops were investigating Saturday if Hill knew his teenaged attacker.
