A woman’s body was found wrapped in a tarp and dumped on a Brooklyn street early Wednesday — and a 68-year-old man loitering nearby was taken in for questioning, police said.
Investigators suspect the woman may have died of an overdose nearby and that the man panicked and dumped her body, sources said.
The corpse was discovered just before 4 a.m. on E. 21st St. near Ditmas Ave. in Flatbush. The woman’s age was not clear and cops were not able to immediately identify her.
The man found nearby was being questioned at the 70th Precinct stationhouse.
