Cops released image of suspect in a road rage attack in the Bronx.(NYPD)
A lady in pink was seeing red when she slashed a man multiple times in a road rage attack in the Bronx, cops said Tuesday.
The incident started as the two vehicles were stopped one behind the other on Ellis Ave. near Havenmeyer Ave. in Unionport just before 7 p.m. on April 27, police said.
The female was in the front car, got out, and demanded that the 47-year-old driver of the other vehicle back up, cops said. He refused and exited his car. The two got into an argument that quickly turned physical.
That’s when the woman slashed the man’s left arm, left hand and left leg with some kind of cutting instrument, authorities said. She then fled west on Ellis.
The victim was sent to Jacobi Hospital in stable condition.
Anyone with information about the woman is urged to call Crime Stoppers at (800) 577-TIPS.
